Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BNG Interiors. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website https://bnginteriors.com/ and our interior design, furniture manufacturing, and related services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

BNG Interiors provides professional interior design, space planning, custom furniture manufacturing, modular kitchen design, false ceiling work, sofa manufacturing, and related services for residential, commercial, and office spaces primarily across Kerala, India. All services are subject to a separate project agreement, scope of work, and quotation agreed upon between BNG Interiors and the client prior to commencement.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations provided are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change based on material availability, market rates, and any changes in project scope requested by the client.
  • BNG Interiors maintains full transparency in pricing and will communicate any cost revisions in writing before proceeding.
  • Taxes and applicable government levies will be charged as per prevailing rates.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement signed before commencement of work.
  • A booking/advance payment is typically required to confirm the project and initiate design work.
  • Subsequent payments are milestone-based and aligned to project stages.
  • Delayed payments may result in corresponding delays in project delivery. • All payments must be made through agreed payment methods. BNG Interiors is not responsible for payments made through unauthorised channels.

4. Project Execution and Timelines

  • BNG Interiors will provide an estimated project timeline at the time of project confirmation.
  • Timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as material delays, site readiness, weather conditions, or changes in project scope.
  • Clients are expected to ensure site access and readiness as agreed, to avoid delays.
  • Any changes in design or scope requested after commencement may impact timelines and costs.

5. 10-Year Guarantee

BNG Interiors offers a 10-year guarantee on select products and workmanship as specified in the project agreement. This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. The guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Damage due to natural disasters or external environmental factors

6. Design Rights and Intellectual Property

All design concepts, 3D visualisations, drawings, and creative work produced by BNG Interiors remain the intellectual property of BNG Interiors until full payment is received. Clients may not reproduce, share, or use design work for purposes other than the agreed project without prior written consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding space dimensions, preferences, and requirements
  • Make timely decisions on design approvals and material selections
  • Ensure site access for BNG Interiors staff and contractors during agreed working hours
  • Inform BNG Interiors promptly of any concerns or changes during the project
  • Clear all outstanding payments as per the agreed schedule

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation of a project must be communicated in writing.
  • Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of work completed.
  • Refund terms will be as per the project agreement signed at the time of onboarding.
  • BNG Interiors reserves the right to retain costs incurred for work already completed, materials ordered, and resources allocated.

9. Limitation of Liability

BNG Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, design changes, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Website Use

You agree to use the BNG Interiors website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Misrepresent yourself or impersonate any person

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

BNG Interiors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
