Welcome to BNG Interiors & Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

Company / We / Us: BNG Interiors & Solutions, based in Malappuram, Kerala, India.
You / Customer: Any person or entity accessing or purchasing from us.
Service: All features, products, interior works, materials, and services offered by BNG.
Device: Any internet-enabled device (desktop, mobile, tablet) used to access our site or services.
Affiliate: Any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the Company.
Applicable Law: Laws of India, including relevant Consumer Protection Laws and IT regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts.

You agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

3. Products, Services & Pricing

All prices for materials, interior works, and services are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

We strive to provide accurate product and service information, but minor variations in color, size, or material may occur due to natural differences or supplier availability.

Prices, material availability, designs, and project timelines may change without prior notice.

4. Orders, Work Orders & Payments

Placing an order or signing an agreement constitutes an offer to start the project. Acceptance occurs only when we issue a confirmation or begin work.

We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including unavailability of materials, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments must follow the milestone-based schedule mentioned in the project contract.

All payments are processed securely; we are not responsible for third-party payment issues.

5. Project Execution, Shipping & Delivery

Interior project timelines are estimated and may vary depending on materials, labor, site readiness, or external factors.

Delivery of materials is subject to courier availability and supplier schedules.

Risk of damage passes to the customer once materials are delivered to the site.

Customers must ensure access, site readiness, and safety for installation teams.

6. 15-Year Warranty

BNG provides a 15-year limited warranty on applicable products and services.

6.1 Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural issues

  • Material defects

  • Premature failure caused by workmanship errors

6.2 Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or accidents

  • Wear and tear

  • Water damage, chemical exposure, pests, humidity, or environmental conditions

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by third-party installers or contractors

  • Commercial usage unless specifically stated

6.3 Claim Procedure:

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at interiorsbng@gmail.com

  2. Provide the invoice, photos/videos of the issue, and project details

  3. Allow us to inspect the site to validate the claim

If approved, repair or replacement will be provided at our discretion.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, timelines, and processes.

Custom-made, cut-to-size, or specially ordered items cannot be returned.

Refunds for cancellations are subject to deduction of costs already incurred.

8. Use of Website & Materials

You agree not to copy, resell, or misuse any designs, drawings, images, or content shared by BNG.

You agree not to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with security systems, or attempt to breach data or project information.

9. Third-Party Links & Materials

BNG may use materials or accessories from third-party brands. We are not responsible for variations in their output, availability, or warranties.

Linked websites or vendor pages are accessed at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

BNG is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, or natural events

  • Losses due to customer delay, site inaccessibility, or structural issues not disclosed earlier

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.

11. Disclaimer

Our services, materials, and website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

No guarantees are made regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or exact material match.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Malappuram District, Kerala.

13. Dispute Resolution

Customers agree to attempt to resolve issues first through direct communication with BNG.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled as per the jurisdiction stated above.

14. Changes to Terms

BNG reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through our website or directly to customers when applicable.

Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
